All items will be received in the methods time that is requested upon payment unless extreme weather or natural disaster accurse. In this event customers will be informed and addressed accordingly.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We donot issue refunds for the following reasons. We do accept exchanges.
U.S Federal Law prohibits the return of human hair products that have been used. Thus we cannot accept any products that has been used or altered in any way, shape or form. This includes combing, brushing and picking .
We strictly follow these policies with respect to hair returns. Due health precautions, the items must returned in the original and resealable condition. Any item not meeting the above criteria will be refused and returned to the customer at customer's own expense. If the returned merchandise is unsuitable for restacking, it will be held for 5 business days pending customer payment of return shipping charges. If shipping charges are not within this period, the items will disposed of and no credit will be issued to the customer.
We will accept exchanges for a different size or color. Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our team members will help you.
Unclaimed Packages: All unclaimed and returned packages will not be refunded. Instead customer will be issued a store credit valid for 90 days.
Order Cancellation: If you want to cancel your order, please email us immediately. Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched.

Q.How long does the human hair extensions last? A.Normally it can last from three to six months if the hair extensions are taken care in good/proper condition and correct ways. You CAN bleach and then color this hair as desired although we DONOT recomend this as it breaks down the cuticle, strips, and weakens the hair.
Q.Can I use a hairdryer, hot rollers, hot sticks, tongs, bumper and other styling equipment? A.Yes, you can use all of the above with real hair however with fake hair tongs cannot be used. We will explain and if you would prefer show you exactly how to achieve the styles you want.
Q.Is it safe to leave my hair to dry naturally? A.Yes, once again, you can treat your extensions just like your own hair. Wet extensions look just as natural and organic as freshly washed hair.
Q.What kind of shampoo and/or conditioner can I use? A. Moisturizing shampoos and balsam conditioners are recommended.
Q.Can I color my extensions? A.Yes you can highlight Luxmaine human hair extensions after lifting the color the hair may look dull and pail colored, this is normal color the hair with a temporary or semi-perm hair color dry and style as desired!
Q. Can I swim with hair extensions? A. Yes, We do recommend that you wear a swimming cap. Chlorine and salt water can dry out the hair. After swimming, you must wash the hair thoroughly with moisturizing shampoo and balsam conditioner.
Q.Can I re-use extension hair? A. Absolutley. Depending on how the hair is taken care of, it can be re-used, Especially our higher quality hair.
How much hair should I buy?
Full head sew/glue in weave: 3 peices (300oz) = A full Head of extensions 4 peices (400oz) = A full head of extensions with lots of body
Same for braiding.
